Quest Liverpool Aparthotel

The apartment at Quest Liverpool was perfect for low-budget travellers like us. The layout was great, and the pull-out sofa was well prepared upon our arrival. The rain showerhead was excellent, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The friendly receptionist even preprepared the sofa bed knowing that we were three guests. The amenities were plenty, including a new washing machine and dryers, a small but serviceable gym, and parking at a reasonable price. The location was also fantastic, with cafes, restaurants, and the train station nearby.

the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to key attractions and transportation options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to answer any questions or provide recommendations. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the fact that the hotel had a gym and a spa, allowing me to relax and stay active during my trip.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the receptionists were not very welcoming and seemed a bit inexperienced.

The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and had excellent soundproofing. The air conditioning and balcony were great additions.

The hotel had a convenient location near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Despite being situated in a crowded back alley, it was surprisingly not noisy, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a large bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were taken care of. Plus, the hotel provided excellent facilities such as a parking area and easy access to public transportation.

We did encounter some issues with the cleanliness of the room, as there were stains on the material and a dusty-smelling cushion on the bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well proportioned, comfortable and clean. The bedding was excellent, providing us with restful sleeps during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there is a nice cafe nearby, called Lara's, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect for us, not too far from the train station and tucked away in a quiet area. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed: from heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities to free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette was well-equipped with all the cookware and utensils we needed to cook our own meals. We also appreciated having laundry facilities in our room, making it convenient to do laundry whenever we needed.
